have you tried talking to the company....they may have some answers for you

I called and got my answers....and believe it or not it is about a pile of dirt we are importing for future use

We have more calls this week with those third-party engineers to assuage his concerns, and we fully expect it to be resolved this week.

Obviously the attorney is advising his clients there are risks here and ECSL has to convince him otherwise.

they were surprised to see a mountain of new clean soil onsite and wanted to address it

We will be very lucky if this closes in July. That being said, the longer it goes on the riskier it gets too.

sounds like they are down to final items to me....all the risks have been addressed
