Yeah, in a real world you don't cooperate in an investigation.
There's a huge difference in Cytodyn saying " we are cooperating in an investigation that we received subpoenas for OR what you're saying- if there was an investigation there would have been no subpoena and Cytodyn would say " we are being investigated and our attornies are cooperating- BIG difference
