Yeah..uh uh, you can get off the SEC DOJ train now. If it was as simple of a few statements made by the company, the case would have wrapped BUT guess what? It didn't wrap yet did it? Citrons computers still in the feds offices, feds monitoring all they need to and Amarex, good ol Amarex...they are singing a new song it's called " we're screwed and so is this guy and this guy" Should be on the hit charts soon.
