does it really matter????? I have been trading stocks for well over 50 years and one thing I have seen countless times, especially with pinks/over the counter or NASD stocks.....if something was really brewing, it was just about always the worst kept secret going. This deal was announced what, last July and it has been one F'ed up excuse and or extension after the other. The company has just about burned any creds or good will with all the missed dates/deadlines ...it has become a joke and I hope the joke isn't on all of the people who have supported and believed in the ever changing story that has yet to play into a material company changing event. The market very seldom lies and up to this point it's telling us that something is not right and the vol does not support a major short play so WTF is really going on??? I still have my total position and since they don't issue certs anymore I can't even use it for wall paper.....but my gut feeling is telling me that this deal is hanging fire on more than just some frig'n lawyer trying to run up billable hours and a kick in the nads is around the corner. Please don't bother with any off the " well if you don't like it sell" comebacks because I don't think it means a frig'n thing.....unlike some of the rah rah and doomsday posters here, I'm not running a popularity contest about who is right or wrong....I just want answers one way or the other and enough of the kick the can down the street BS.
