How are they sister stocks? Okay, if you mean that they both have no business operations except that they are in " the process of restructuring its business", then maybe. They both have Paul Strickland as secretary. They both are "focused on becoming a real estate acquisitions, development, and value-added development company". They both seek financing from similar sources. Neither has any revenue nor do they have any assets. So, they are both essentially shells. But I'm not sure this is enough to qualify them as sister stocks, though both having Paul Strickland does come closest.
Their offices are about 250 miles apart, if their quarterly disclosures are accurate.
The website for VGLS says "VG Life Sciences, Inc. is in the process of becoming an integrated copper producer. Our production includes copper and other precious metals, primarily gold and silver. All of our mining and refining facilities are located on 40,000 acres in the mineral rich region of South Central Utah near the town of Milford. Copper mining operations have been conducted on this property since the early 1900’s." Their disclosures don't say that.
