Regarding all the paragraphs proceeding,

By reason of the foregoing, PCT is entitled to an order from this Court
declaring that (a) the Settlement Agreement and Mutual Release (as reformed by the
Corrected Mutual Release) extend to the Warrant, (b) the Warrant has been fully
resolved, is void and without legal effect; and (c) Auctus Fund must immediately return the Warrant to PCT.
