I'm baffled too...not only this, but the OS hasn't increased for awhile. Maybe they'll complete the full offering from December - but maybe not. The market cap right now is 970K. That's unreal...

The entire AS is 3 billion. I am awfully tempted to buy more here. Are people afraid because this went skull and crossbones temporarily?
