I don’t want to argue too much as I own the stock BUT - how is he correct?

As of now, Puriblood has worldwide rights.
Puriblood is now worth about 54MM

Puriblood had an LOI to sell some rights to PLPL, basically forming a new company.

Btw - we don’t even know what that will cost PLPL. What are the terms of the agreement? (or do you think it’s for free? Haha)
