You seem like a smart investor, but I can't even fathom being okay/comfortable with what has occurred with this company. Anyone who takes a look at it should realize it's a total joke at this point...

Needed something else to do??

How about doing his job and running the Santa Elena mine, making it profitable? An amazin' rich pond, a vein disappearing into the far hills, extending down 5000 feet, producing gold at $450/oz, etc.? And he gets bored and decides to fabricate a barge?

Dino,

That's fair. Everyone is allowed down time and can do whatever they want with it.

However... based on your response one can infer all other mine operation must be shut down if PT is finding something else to do.

That information (a mine shut down) would seem to be a material event that, at the very least, should be shared in a PR if not an 8-k. There are also many other loose ends that I assume can now be considered dead items (Like the tons of material in the activated carbon filters sent to the smelter).

PTs lack of follow-up on those items are why his credibility is in the dumpster. If these were "honest" mistakes or miscalculations, a credible leader would own them, correct it and move on. When someone ignores them, it reasonably creates the perception the whole story was fabricated with dishonest/deceptive intentions. That should be disturbing to all investors, unless, of course, they are in on the sham.
