Thanks. I see that Else already markets products for babies 6 months and older, so I assume the clinical trials and FDA approval will allow marketing to the 0-6 month group? (And in particular baby formula?) Thanks for your insights.

I wouldn't necessarily assume the clinical trials are 'a formality', since a lot can go awry with clinical trials and FDA approvals (an understatement). But hopefully the process will be much easier with food products than with drug development :o)

That sounds like something Habitual would say having never been through the process before and assuming that she is smarter than everyone else and always assuming best case scenario. Ppl in DC may not be beautiful (LA) or rich (NY), but they hold a lot of power; and they like to wield for the weirdest reasons. Nothing at the FDA is a slam dunk.
