#11988 RE: zagdad #11983

***¶*** Zag, McBride's Scheme is very clear in my mind....

but often I forget that it may not be the case for other investors... Meanwhile, I get frustrated because they continue mitigating in favor of what is proposed, while in fact, they may not have understood all the implications... I'll try to be clearer in future...

Why I am so adamant about McBride and there is no turning back, is that he conned me into believing his story: he must have laughed his head off when he read that he'd become a Medical Doctor and such a "marketing genius", when in fact he knew all along that he was lucky to have gotten only 6 years Probation on charges of Felony Fraud, 2 years earlier...

Now that his misdeeds have been exposed, McBride still has the gall to come posting on this Board and taunt me for the Good Faith support I have mistakenly given him in the past... That's why I have always resisted attempts at changing the chronological events depicted in the Header, so that posters could learn from past mistakes... BTW, this is common to some 90% of OTC-BB stocks, where Insiders are out to milk investors for what they have and why Bashers and Shorters are right 90% of the time, even if they haven't a clue about the company's business...

The Modus Operandi you've seen in McBride's Fraud case is not dissimilar, in my view, to that used in the PP... While he misleadingly said in a recent post:

"Frank, this case came about after I sold the business. It
was not over any length of time."

... cleverly implying that the fellow who bought his Business is the one who committed the Misdeeds - in fact, that's what he told to my face, when queried - the TRUTH is far different, as the Police Officer testified, which McBride DIDN'T CONTEST at the hearing... Doesn't 5 months constitute a "Length of time"?...

"Your Affiant conducted a Scheme to Defraud investigation that occured between December 1, 1996 and May 1, 1997

Richard McBride is the president of Direct Media and conducted all the negotiations on behalf of Direct Media with Vector. Richard McBride responded to all of Vector's correspondence on behalf of Direct Media."

I brought this Fraud case out again, so that investors could have a clear understanding of McBride's Modus Operandi... I am convinced that, as long as McBride remotely controls the destiny of SEVU, shareholders will get SCREWED BIG TIME and the PP is designed to give him full control, so he no longer needs the remote...

I believe McBride is now the biggest Danger facing SEVU and the non-insider shareholders and that every LEGAL means have to be used to stop his Scheme from unfolding...

Just my Personal Opinion,
