I've already done this...

Block 2913B covers approximately 8,215 km^2 in deep offshore Namibia, TotalEnergies is the operator with a 40% working interest, alongside QatarEnergy (30%), Impact Oil and Gas (20%) and NAMCOR (10%)

I believe that block is right next to Shell's Graff-1 block.

But the difference is that 2913B already has TotalEnergies as operator and it's unlikely that Total would buy out the others because it is ALREADY an operator.

But if you're curious:

Impact Oil and Gas doesn't have a share price because it is a private company.

That leaves NAMCOR ... and that is Namibia's state run company...also therefore private.
