You have no idea how LPC works.

And LPC has nothing to do with Elite's stock price moving forward.

And on top of that, we didn't use LPC last year, the year before that we BARELY issued any shares at all, and we definitely won't need or use them AT ALL going forward for this year and EVER again.

Wrong! Elite has to utilize, it first, for needed funds.....which it has not in 2021/2 and will not need in the future......
