JJ you think this has a RS coming perhaps, LOL A 3-1, 7-1, 10-1...now late on filings? To get to a higher exchange, IMO eventually they will likely have too.
But to do that - a company needs a higher healthy attractive influx of public shareholders and activity, higher PPS and volume consistently, daily. IMO, just enough type of corporate success here with daybreak that a public shareholder can look at their financial filings and say ok, that’s promising.
This isn’t imo the type of activity that will get them there or even close.
Perhaps they couldn’t locate that local H & R Bloch office...just kidding.
It’s reminding me somewhat of that APP deal and maximillian crap, we got stuck with for far too many years in KY, plus nothing in MI, waste of PR imo- never any follow up, why even announce it, right, out there by you. Just shooting blanks JJ.
Why be public traded or go through expense of keeping current on filings? Waste of time imo...where is exactly the public share price the last 10-12 years? How’s this worth a public shareholder investment and long term hold exactly?
