Of all the stocks I have ever come across and invested in....this may be my biggest disappointment. It had so much potential if they had just done a couple of things.
Been more open and transparent when it comes to their share structure and how they maintained it.
Been more proactive in the IR and PR department in conjunction with going for more of the medium sized fish in a small pond rather than the even bigger fish in a giant ocean.
They cut off way more than they could ever hope to accomplish.....and that may have been the plan all along. Pretend to be doing big things to get rich as fast as possible with no real hope of doing anything.
At this point I think it is beyond obvious that we are all screwed here. If and when they ever do a RS (which I still doubt they ever do) it will be a dilution fest right back under 4 cents. But as I said I don't believe they ever do the RS. This will just gradually fall.....as it has for the past year....until it is sub penny again and management either gives up or they come up with a new 'wonder' drug. But as far as this company ever doing anything?
