That was a filing explaining that another amendment is being discussed and closing now on 7/31. I guess you can call it an update but the company should still put out a letter to shareholders clarifying the amendments as the speculation Im reading is ridiculous. Whatever vote happens on 7/25 it wouldn’t take effect until mid or end of August. This deal is the factor here in completing the corporate actions and the institutional investors know it.
