Companies are always in full control as to if/when they file.

Especially if there is nothing really new or significant in them, perhaps Jack since he is now officially the CFO and more so on the hook for the financials he is getting everything sorted out and fixed from their on going GAAP reporting problems and setting the stage for audited, SEC reporting starting next fiscal year. Mind as well be late now and get this quarter cleaned up to make it easier for the annual report.
