Agreed Yoda, but with no Ostendo closing prior to the r/s vote now...the sheer ratio's involved are wipeout material regardless if they can ever finally close Ostendo right.
If they had closed Ostendo prior to the proxy vote I would still be of the mindset that the scheduled r/s proxy vote is of less consequence.
But now that they've proven incapable of delivering the fully audited .09 cent book value share price ahead of the proxy vote it's a total crapshoot over the rest of this month, imo anyways.
Enough venting from me, glta and I hope all the players behind the scenes prove me wrong and deliver a stellar month of action here.
