Well you were misinformed 100%.
Publicly held NASDAQ Companies
Can definitely have more than 1 vote.

Personal experience is proof for me !!!
APHRIA (cannabis company) had
3 VOTES on same issue
First two votes failed to pass
Aphria ended up merging with tilray later on.

TOTAL NONSENSE ONLY ONE VOTE
ACTUALLY A LIE PERIOD.

A Company Can Certainly And Legally
Have Multiple Votes On Same Issue...
***** FACT ***** FACT ***** FACT *****

There's only ONE vote, like they're always is just one vote with every publicly traded company. It's not like you have two votes for the presidential election if you didn't like the outcome of the first...

Vote NO = the alternatives of a CD note offering, toxic PIPE (look it up) and/or substantial reverse split to reduce the outstanding share count enough so that more shares can be issued from the STATIC authorized share count to raise hundreds of millions of dollars needed to fund operations in 2023

Vote YES = the obvious

MULN action today =
