Just my opinion, but it doesn't mean it won't be Wax, or another entity with a $1 billion + mc.
The wording of the pr is important:
"Forwardly has agreed to purchase a warrant from WNFT providing for the right to purchase 5 million WNFT warrant shares at $.32 per warrant share"
Meaning, FORW purchased ONE warrant for $200k that can be exercised for 5 million warrant shares. Those 5 million shares @ .32 are worth $1,600,000.
That's pretty significant. I could be dead wrong, but I don't see a "startup" agreeing to those terms. This also bodes well for the valuation of the incoming asset. Don't forget about the forward split and what that typically indicates.
We'll know soon enough. My money is still on Sharp coming through in a huge way.
