just my opinion but Veru seems ready to roll with getting distribution out quickly - granted they seem to be more geared towards those that are hospitalized so it's not exactly the same swim lane, but I feel like Buc is riding a bicycle on the daytona speedway during the race. one would think that if they were prepared for the partial unblinding it would have occurred more rapidly.
