I'm not trying to trick anyone. Just trying to let you know who controls the company with their voting rights. I got my preferred share count straight from the last fins. Again, it is very rare that any of these companies would have less than 51% of the voting power. It just doesn't happen. They're not going to risk losing control of the company to common shareholders.
