$KRFG - Classic over reaction to an increase of "AUTHORIZED SHARES" prior to finding out the value of an obvious merger that is about to be announced along with a company name change. Lol, in my opinion, today a legal transfer of shares took place to friends of insiders as a result of the AS information being released.
