Twister...the OS is near maxed out and HAS to be INCREASED so as to perform the next Capital raise.

AS will be increased by 1.75B shares and Michery we'll have no choice to perform a capital raise that will be below market price to entice the whales to purchase. Hopefully their shares will be restricted. Hell anything is better than issuing CD notes/PIPE and/or a RS to increase the share price while decreasing the outstanding share count and that way more shares can be dumped from the static authorized share count until the OS is once again maxed out
