That's the way it read to me. Sounds like they put a lot of emphasis that there was no operations and this is clearly a shell which we knew....making sure there is no ties to anything from the past as the new company comes in.....If someone read it differently please respond.... Mostly everything said we pretty much knew...

Do we know what the true notes payable amount is from the report? On page 13 it shows as 81K in the balance sheet. Then on page 20 it talks about amounts payable to EMA Financial for 68 and 38K respectively which would be 106k. Either way it’s minimal but am I missing something here that this part of the report is difficult to decipher?
