PCT's Excelyte Vet which is on the EPA's List K is specified at least 500 ppm. Patihisol is produced at 600ppm.

600>500 so Pathisol exceeds to the List K standard of 500ppm.

Pathisol is produced and tested in the UK.

And Finally the UK's Pathisol is not on the EPA's list K. And of course the EPA has no enforcement authority in the UK.
