July 9 2021 (or is it Sept 7 2021, depending on dating convention) occurred BEFORE the 8k was released with the word "finality" on Sept 17, 2021.

Up until that "finality" no one knew who had block 4.

So that information is not as useful.

Now if you find a spreadsheet with a date AFTER the 8k was released, then THAT information would be more interesting.

Since this is a spreadsheet showing "Autorizacoes" (Authorizations), there is no data yet for Block 4 because there has been no authorization to proceed with exploration, i.e., no PSC, yet. Something is definitely holding up that step in the process.

If I am reading it right ERHE has 85% ownership in Block 11

The STP EEZ block authorization link that I had posted previously, in this thread, is not currently working. I thought I would check the link after the African Intelligence article on Block 4 was posted (i.e., from carsonkid). Maybe nothing, maybe just a coincidence.
