I can't laugh - I've had many feelings myself over the years - they aren't too accurate often times unfortunately....

I just think the odds are that on a non-binding LOI it takes awhile. I hope I'm wrong...I haven't done many of these plays. Just seems like the audit would take the three months or so, unless they had targeted Puriblood early on, even before the LOI. I dunno...willing to wait this one out.
