It is my understanding that once a Definitive agreement is reached and becomes active it takes at least 6 months to a year to be completed. Don’t get in a hurry people.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but BFNH isn’t a massive organization so merging processes, policies etc won’t take long, nor l assume with a shareholder vote if this if needed.
Can you fill in the blanks on the long poles from a merger perspective ? The majority would assume most of the work has been done.
