Rhinoman712 - I agree. Note that the bid is $1.75, no ask! PGMC is up 60% recently. At the $.32 per share trade today, each PAIM share getting 1/10,000 share gives $.000032 per share, that's a dividend of over 5%.

Dividend 1 PGMC per 100 PAIM share
Forward Split 100:1 PGMC = new total O/S 250,000,000
PGMC = new price .32/100 =.0032

They have to do it that way to make both companies balance out accounting wise. Good luck everyone.
