Correct...Impact owns 2912 and 2913B which is where the Total Venus well was drilled. They are selling their 20% portion of 2913B.

With all due respect, I don't think that we can make any opinion with any conviction on valuation comparison of 2913B with bloc 4 (based on a find on bloc 6) unless we know about the find in 2913B and the similarities of EEZ bloc 6 and bloc 4 (among other things lol). As you can see from Impact's map of 2912 and 2913B, the Venus-1 find appears to be more in 2912 than in 2913B.

So IMO, EEZ bloc 4 valuation could command that selling price for Impact's pricing valuation if not higher versus your opinon that it would not be able....we are all just spitballing....on a Sunday afternoon. :-)

In regards to the Total/ERHE contract, I highly doubt that ERHE management or any management would have gotten into any significant fixed portion of the contract based on the speculation of bloc 4. Yes, they did with Kosmos in the other EEZ bloc, but that was in an earlier, possibly less informed time period. They may have setup some type of valuation formula that most likely been redacted in what we had seen.

All IMO.
Have a good day,....too nice of a day to spend more time on laptop!
