If there is that kind of OIL I agree we will be higher than 5 billion dollars.

Quatar has a country Fund with over 200 + Billion Dollars in it and they are hot to put it in tangible assets like oil as the dollar is losing confidence in the world and will continue to devalue going forward.

They are very aggressive in this area off west Africa because it is away from the Middle East and turmoil with Russia and and NATO AND ABLE TO SUPPLY THE WESTERN WORLD .This includes Europe,British Isles,North and South America and Australia
without crossing thru very volatile areas like Suez Canal and East Africa
