Any shareholder who cared about their investment would strongly disagree with this statement on so many levels...Did they think they had any responsibility to be honest, work hard, and conduct business?...Instead we got family, cronies, and the greedy lacing their pockets with absolutely no responsibility...Name one person in this company, starting with the son VP, who was worth a damn production wise?

One thing went wrong after another and such may be life. But no one bothered to lift a finger to do something about it at any point in time.

His intention is merge and dilute the shares. Bullshit product, bullshit business and bullshit FDA craps. This is exactly setup like Pet Life super heavy dilution and walk away with five - ten million dollar profit.
