His track record is similar to Cathie Wood.... They've almost certainly hit bottom. It won't be surprising if Joey Pants and Cathie Wood pull in massive gains for the foreseeable future.

I agree with you, Don4. Joe has been around for quite a while and I, personally, think he does a credible job. I've heard him ask questions on a number of quarterly conference calls over the years....good guy.
