As I told everyone there wouldn't be a merger - Sanchez has control of AVVH because of a Preferred share that gives him 60% of the vote.
AVVH is a typical OTC hijacked shell scam.
The only thing that AVVH has to capitalize the company is stock - which means Sanchez will create preferred shares that will convert into a absurd number of common shares.
Will Sanchez be transparent and provide any details on the loans? Or provide any information that can be verified?
