What "value" does MVNT have anyways??
Don't get me wrong. I believe Velocity Manufacturing has equipment, customers, and orders that are of great value. At least $5M in equipment as estimated by some. And Velocity also has revenues of around $10M (at least) as estimated on various websites.
The "catch" is that Velocity is not currently under the MVNT umbrella and remains technically a private entity.
Therefore, until Velocity is officially acquired/merged with MVNT, my opinion is that MVNT/HAV is not worth much more than the $1.5M in revenues that HAV (HiAlloy Valve) is trending towards (HAV rev in Q2 was ~$400K).
Imho, the only reason MVNT sp isn't below a penny is because the "market" is hoping/assuming that at some point Velocity will be acquired or merge with MVNT.
But until then, in the current market environment, I'm afraid MVNT share price will continue to drift in the $.01 to $.02 range. This is my conclusion from the current state of affairs with MVNT vis a vis Velocity Manufacturing.
I agree with FMDK to this extent. In the current market environment, its going to take actions, not just words for MVNT stock to get up off the floor and back to a more reasonable valuation with both HAV and Velocity as a part of MVNT!!
I've been waiting for 3 years for this to happen. How much longer must I wait??
