FDA changed how they would take submissions. They refused to take paper and would only take electronic. Amarex's website said they were ready for this change, but they must not have been. No sabotage. Just stubbornness and clash of personalities. Hopefully, the new CRO has a database that they know works with the FDA system. The reviewer even said that they could see the AEs in the data transfer files, but it wasn't populating into their database for review.

The worst that happens is that they do double data entry inhouse into a database like EPIC, do their validation of the data transfer and send a bill to Amarex.

Hah yes, and now that CYDY is not going bankrupt they see the company is after their ass. So of course, they are now making excuses after all this time when it could have been corrected. Moosehockey. This is not the 1970's. I could have done it by punch card in all this time. And we will have their ass as it is clear cut non-performance. The nodder and kazempour worked to enrich each other. Nodder could care less about amarex work quality so zero oversite--for years. So kazempour billed top $$ rates and did substandard work because no 1 cared. For this he gave nodder rebates (fraud/kickbacks). So both got rich for doing very little and doing not 1 thing correctly. CYDY shareholders paid for all--for years. This "scheme" was covered up on cydy end by Mulholland/Miliagrase and was even addressed in SEC filings as "lack of acct controls" and inadequate personnel. So be aware there will be no amarex lawsuit and stop the "they owe billions to cydy". There will be no lawsuit--only settle for pennies as neither company wants discovery lawsuit would expose. Both fraudsters made out like bandits and remember how many here voted FOR nodder--year after year. You can blame yourself.

You believed "amawrecks they do fantastic job". You didn't care about nodder/kelly stealing from shareholders in "unjust enrichment" scheme. You didn't care the board didn't perform and uphold duties. You didn't care about RTF letter. You didn't care you were lied to about minimal dilution.
