And yep, as a first responder, I doubt we ever consider zimhi cause of the potential for a needle stick.

And the nasal spray 'works'. I am aware that some say zimhi has a faster 'reaction' than Narcan thru the nose. But I have yet to see any evidence backing up this claim.

But again, given how a patient in a drug overdose 'wakes up' and tends to be violent, I doubt many will want to be dealing trying to cover up a needle with a patient who's about to take a swing at them..
