Well, based on the numbers that I'll post again, he's right.

.0009 is less than .0013 and I believe that's a 4 year period........

Now, there is a chance I'm in an alternate reality, or discussing the wrong thing.

My numbers say nphc is down over the 4 year period.

But it's not 0 .... YET.
