The lawsuits? There aren't any that have actually been filed. These ambulance chasers can't get a lead plaintiff. Even if they could, their "claims" fall within the safe harbor disclosure. No case. Do your homework.
I want them to succeed. On two different occasions David indicated through a release that F500 company was pleased with the van but asked for some modifications. Timelines should be limited to a general expectation but never an absolute because there are other parties involved which creates uncontrollable variables. The F500 announcement will continue to be a catalyst in the near term. My biggest Q is whether the company will be able to raise the dollars to grow and compete in such an capital intensive industry
But certainly disappointing—- in last 3 months the MC has increased 3x and the SP has decreased two thirds.
