honestly hard to know, might be end of quarter related? no clue here.. i dont really draw inferences from near term price action --- i just think that it is tough for me to buy here.

this price is still too expensive for me to take a flyer in... since i see no security, and i figure in a spspa writedown its like $3-8..

i'd probably want to see $0.10 or less before i take a 1% position to just gamble on.

that's how i look at it... whereas for preferred, it's a 10x to par value.. or more in some of the $50 freddie mac preferreds
