#36587 RE: RobinX #36572

I agree, RobinX. Durrant mentioned in the shareholders' meeting presentation, on June 9, that the data was then being assessed.

The next day, chart 20 of the Jefferies' presentation reflected an expectation of a 2Q22 release of topline data.

On the 21st, during the Lytham fireside chat, Dale reaffirmed our expectation of a readout of topline data by the end of Q2.

So it is apparent that management knew the database lock had been completed well before June 30th.

However, the 8-K, filed on the last day of Q2, now reflects the company's expectation that they will receive topline data in July. "The Company expects to receive topline results from NIH/NIAID in July."

It's not clear to me whether these June and July expectations come from NIH guidance, or if these dates reflect managements' opinion.

"Anyways, just a bit more time," as you say. But we can at least deduce, from the date of the shareholders' meeting, that the NIH has already spent four weeks reviewing the trial results.

It might be cool if we see topline data Monday evening. Market makers may be enjoying their day off on the 4th, but trading resumes at 8pm Eastern, even if market makers aren't there to halt program trading.

A guy can dream.

Agree. Small bone to throw weary longs since did not meet estimated timeline for data release.
