Humanigen's amendment to their EUA application will happen a month after TLD is released. The FDA isn't going to take 100 days to decide again like they did last summer. The FDA's decision on the EUA will happen 30-60 days after Humanigen submits the amendment. So EUA decision as early as August/September and a worst case scenario of October. The decision will definitely come before the winter wave starts.
