The Sabril Agreement was in place a year ago.

I suspect those conversations have taken place, based on the two recent developments: 1) Addition of Sabril to the marketing agreement

If Lannett indicated to NH that the are shelving their own adderall product, why was NH so focused on letting investors know he has a tentative plan B to find another distributor, or plan C to distribute it in house?
Why have they filed for the IR as he stated in the call.

His answer frankly scared me, as I hate to think of the stock action if it is announced that Lannett will no longer sell Elite's Adderalls.

Do you know the date the Lannett er was discontinued?
