The 62 beds is a FACT you always said they would not even have 54 beds. :-))))

62! 62! 62! That are 7.5mil revenues per 12 months! with lower costs, no renovation needed anymore and no money needed to promote the clinic. We are talking about 2mil income to pay off debt.

Profit making concept... this can and will go fast imo. Let's see when we get those 100 beds next year!
