Well I’m curious about that because in this case Khapil Bharti which is one of the head researchers at the NEI is who created it snow in this case the NEI through the NIH still kind of kept it to where they’ll make money off of it would that make a difference?
What I’m saying is Khapil Bharti is the creator of the MetForman reformulation he works for the NIH so maybe they gave it to them cheap because they knew the potential money I could bring in once developed which is why they have a research and development agreement with them
