Yes captain jokes and crap talking aside, this has become a huge disappointment. I don’t blame you for selling some. I’m still holding all of mine. Right now I am just trying to focus on saving and recouping funds. Never expected such mediocrity here. If housing prices decide to crap the bed I will sell positions and put the funds there.
