I dont believe so either, but if they exceed the 20B threshold the possibility of one, at any point in time will drastically increase. If they want to stay above a penny with that OS they have a 200m dollar market cap which seems a little inflated. .03 gives them 600m which i could see down the Line(10 years, all conditions green), but not now.
