i think thats when kim found out that producing sample sized ms in a lab is far different than trying to mass produce in the real world...

I think that Kim learned a whole of things as time went along. Back in 2013 he obviously thought that mass production was going to be a slam dunk. Sometimes brilliant people just assume that everyone else is on their same wavelength. Hopefully he's been "hard knocks" educated in how the real world works by now.
