Maybe a letter of intent or memo of agreement. Jon sends or brings it back and Kim and his lawyer wife are now reviewing it. Nothing is quick with Kim or simple with lawyers. Hopefully we hear something this week. More good news would certainly help.

i agree with names etc when it comes to who we are working with to sell or market products...like the kings group, M, and the JV spydasilk...i think thats important for us to know...

i kinda understand kim not revealing the vietnam contractors...those guys are worker bees...and they are in vietnam where we dont have a lot of control...and honestly, the names arent likely to mean anything to me...

if kim announced that he had chosen the kwai chang nguyen company to produce DS, id be like, ok, whatever...it really wouldnt mean anything to me and i doubt id even check into them...

what matters to me is that the subcontractor says he can do 200 tons of silk...thats all i need to know....the textile guy has been in business for 20 yrs and can handle whatever we give him...

people want to contact yorkville, good luck...they aint saying jack...want to contact the kings group?..they got pr people to deal with that...so does M...

want to bother the worker bees?....no...they arent really equipped to deal with that and i wouldnt want them to have to...

i suspect there are many who go over thetop with their "d/d"....plus its probably best to keep it on the downlow in vietnam as well...at least for now...
